I can't say enough about how helpful and knowledgeable Ken was in helping my fiancé and I find a home. Being first time homebuyers the process can seem somewhat intimidating and overwhelming, but Ken went out of this way to ensure we knew everything that was going on and to answer any questions that we had. We had a number of houses we wanted to see, but due to time we removed a couple of them off of our list. Ken insisted we go and see two of the houses we removed, and both of them were our clear favorites at the end of the day. I have know Kenny well before I knew he was a realtor. We have played a lot of basketball together and has always been a great friend. I wish that they had used "masterful" as a description for negotiation skills too. In 2004, I decided to sell my duplex in downtown Hershey where I had lived for 11 years with my daughters when my youngest daughter graduated and was heading off to the Air Force. I knew several real estate agents, but none that I felt I could trust completely. I knew Ken and Leslye because that same daughter had worked for them one summer. I came to know them as honest, trustworthy, GOOD people who treated Savannah like family. My goal was to sell the house and build a townhouse in a new development in Jonestown. Ken sold my house in less than 30 days for a great price and negotiated the purchase of the last remaining townhouse available for several months. He was so good that I was able to close on my house one day and move in to the JUST finished townhouse the next.<br/><br/>The story doesn't end there. Ten months later, I am engaged and decide to move to the Philly area where my fiance now lived. The last house we saw was exactly what I wanted, so I arranged for my husband-to-be to drive in the next day to see it. He agreed with my assessment of the house and we wrote up a contract on the house. Ken presented it while we were driving back to Philly, keeping us updated on the back-and-forth of the negotiations. By the time we got back to Lansdale, Ken had negotiated an amazing deal on the house for us.<br/><br/>Every year Leslye jokingly asks me if it isn't time to move again.
